Basic Course

The basic course in DB-System® is a combination of, among other things, meditation, relaxation, mental training, consciousness training and cognitive techniques that provide increased peace of mind, mastering and joy.

Through lectures and mental exercises, the brain is trained to a strengthened network.

It gives you access to a whole new dimension within yourself, with immediate results.

  • You do not need to take notes
  • You do not have to share anything about yourself or from your own life
  • As a participant, no performance is expected of you


All you have to do is attend all the course hours!

In addition you will gain a stress-free zone and two simple techniques to utilize in daily life.

Self-guided positive imagery training is a new and effective method to train the whole brain, and it open doors we previously did not think were possible.

This is how the course is structured

The basic course consist of lectures and mental exercises.

The main themes are as follows:

  • The structure of the brain – what you must know
  • Good quality sleep – a health benefit
  • The secret to flexible solutions
  • Understand your inner navigation – fulfill what you really want
  • The inner dialogue – how to change what stops you
  • Communication – understand and be understood


As a participant you do not need to perform in any way or share information about yourself.

The basic course is scientifically documented, and consists of all the pieces from DB-System®.

Reduce pressure and stress

The first piece is about releasing stress and pressure, so that we are able to be present in life and gain access to our unused potential.

In the course, you learn to use a stress-free zone in daily life, so that you access resources that bring you back to who you really are. When stress is reduced, you gain contact with empathy and can be your own leader.

This gives you peace of mind and clarity in daily life.

Training of the whole brain

The second piece is about training the whole brain and not just certain areas, so that we can use more of our resources.

This gives increased mental strength to handle daily tasks.

Everyone has electrical activity in the brain, that is measured with an electroencephalograph (EEG). There are five main groups of brainwave cycles in the brain that have different qualities.

You are trained to use the good qualities in order to use more of your resources in daily life:

  • The ability to perform at a high level over time with inner peace
  • The ability to get things done – ability to act
  • Balance between reason and emotions – emotional stability
  • The ability to create something new and change something old – adaptability
  • Ability for comprehensive thinking and increased empathy


By consciously strengthening these qualities, you gain new access to unused abilities and resources.

Throughout the course, the brain is trained in a systematic way, to optimize and strengthen the brain’s functions.

We can change the brain by creating new neural pathways, while a larger part of the brain’s network is simultaneously used.

Lead oneself with techniques

The third piece is about leading ourselves, and having techniques that make that possible.

Feeling safe and secure is a basic need in humans, and in the course you learn techniques for self-care and to create lasting change.

You learn to use SIM (Self-guided Imagery in Meditation)

In addition you learn two simple and effective techniques that you can use in daily life:

  • Nightfilm is a technique you can use as a planning tool. In short, it is used to sort and clear your mind, as well as to get an overview of the next day. This provides quality sleep and a good overview in daily life. The technique also put things in perspective and creates new solutions.

  • The Creative Corner is used for goals, mental preparations, as well as to change difficult situations or when something comes to a halt in life. The changes that are made are lasting changes, and this increases among other things, the feeling of mastering and satisfaction with life.


This means that we as humans can handle and master whatever we encounter, and lead ourselves to whatever we want.

Balance between reason and emotions

The fourth piece is about having balance between reason and emotions, and thereby greater accessibility to the subconscious, where much of our potential resides.

Greater balance between reason and emotions gives increased self-regulation and has a great impact on how we handle small and large challenges and tasks in daily life.

The course gives you increased emotional and cognitive development, which means that you gain better contact between your emotions and your thinking.

In short; it gives you greater emotional stability, mastery and increased satisfaction with life – You get the best out of life!

Strengthen intuitive thinking

The fifth piece is about strengthening our intuitive thinking.

Intuition plays an important role in our daily lives. Many of the decisions you make are actually based on your intuitive thinking.

We use intuitive thinking the most. Analytical thinking requires more of us, it is controlled and takes more time.

The ESP sense, or what we often refer to as intuition and gut feelings, is our most important resource for strengthening our intuitive thinking. It is our inner sensory apparatus and opens up for unused potential.

The course strengthens your intuition, and you learn to understand the depth of your inner sensory apparatus.

Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961) was a recognized Swiss psychiatrist and his work has been influential for psychiatry. One of his most famous quotes is:

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

We can actually take control ourselves, and in order to do just that we must be able to understand the ideas and the solutions that come to mind. By strengthening our intuitive thinking, we can do just that!

A further development of our sensory apparatus enables us to make better choices and decisions – with a holistic perspective.

The basic course runs over a weekend from 10 AM to 7 PM both days.

The lower age limit is 18 years, 16 years with the parent’s written consent.
