Relaxation Exercise
THE RELAXATION EXERCISE is a basic exercise in DB-System®.
It is a part of our Self-guided Positive Imagery Training, and the basic course is scientifically documented.
How to do the exercise
You are to use your thoughts actively and follow instructions during the whole exercise. It will help you to improve focus and presence of mind in daily life.
You will hear a pulse in the background. The purpose of the pulse is to help you reach a state of inner calmness.
During the exercise you will be instructed to go to your inner room – your DNA zone. This inner room is an expression used to describe a mental state of inner calmness, creativity and balance.
Just think that you build or create an inner room that you decide is your creative refuge. You are to use your imagination to create this room. You can build it however you like, whatever suits you, and furnish it as you like. You can add other rooms to it if you like.
DNA zone is an abbreviation for Deep Natural Alpha Zone. When you are trained to find balance at the course, your subconscious resources will be available to you during daily life.
