I would like to recommend the basic course in DB-System^® for children and youth.

My children are now 13 and 15 years old and have attended the course about once a year for four years. They will continue with this in the future as well.

Robust children

I have heard that many people don’t know how to get their children to attend the course, but for my part, this was not something I asked them about. I think it’s my responsibility as a parent to give them the very best upbringing/care/education/experience I can give them, and this course is obviously part of that, since I’ve taken it many times myself and found it has a huge positive impact on me in so many ways.

The children enjoy the course and the weekend goes by quickly. Yes, sometimes it can be a bit boring, but it’s worth it.
