Unique Mind ESP makes it easy, secure and free of unpleasant surprises when buying from us. Below you will find our complete condition of sale for shopping in our Online Store and when registering for courses. There are separate conditions that apply to online courses.
The agreement consists of these conditions of sale, information given in the order and any specially agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties will prevail, unless it is contrary to mandatory legislation.

The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent their order to the seller. Registration for courses is considered an order.
However, the agreement is not binding if there are typing errors in the offer from the seller in the in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such a mistake.

You may not use the product or materials available in the product in a way that violates our rights or in a manner not authorized by Unique Mind ESP. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, utilize or distribute in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) any materials from the Product. Duplication, sharing, or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered to be stealing and will be reported to the extent permitted by law.
However, you may download and/or print a single copy of certain pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyrights and other proprietary rights are retained.
The goods must normally be prepaid with Vipps (only available in Norway) Stripe before they are shipped, but in special cases we can send an invoice. The course fee for courses must be paid before the course starts, unless otherwise agreed.
When paying by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued upon shipment of the item. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
Buyers under 18 are not allowed to pay by enclosed invoice.
Delivery is made when the buyer, or his representative, has received an order confirmation by email with a link to download the MP3 file. This email is sent immediately after the purchase is approved in the payment process. We accept no responsibility for errors on the server or for incorrect entry of e-mail address or delivery address.
The buyer generally has 30 days to download the product from the date the buyer receives an e-mail with order confirmation and a link for download.
When purchasing books, the buyer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. The book(s) will be sent no later than three business days after the order is received.
There is no right of cancellation when purchasing downloadable files, such as PDFs and MP3s. When registering for courses, the registration is a binding and this is considered a purchase, which means that any right to withdrawal lapses upon registration. In the event of failure to attend the course and its hours, the full amount is still due. Returns, complaints and withdrawal apply only to physical goods, not digital download products.
For books you therefore have 14 days’ right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item (the deadline).
The buyer must notify the seller of the withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the deadline. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day.
The withdrawal is considered to be valid if a message is sent before the expiration of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been invoked, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (withdrawal form, e-mail or letter).
When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the notification of withdrawal is given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item.
The buyer can try or test the goods in a reasonable way to determine the nature, characteristics and function, without losing the right of withdrawal. If testing or examining of the item goes beyond that which is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any reduced value of the item.
The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and within 14 days from the date when the seller was notified of the buyer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller is entitled to withhold payment until the goods have been received from the buyer, or until the buyer has provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
